That's how good it used to be :D

How much was your total spend on the second shop (200 point coupon and 76 points)?

I just can't fathom it :rotfl:

    That one was £49 ..

My third receipt was £38 and says points received 32 and POINTS COUPON OFFER 200

Oddly the fourth receipt... different till ....just says POINTS COUPON OFFER 200 .. that was for £30.75

I don't even know what caused me to wander into town today on my lunch break, but went by just in time I think!
Got a load of goodies (3 february birthdays), a few bits for me ("hello kitty / liberty gift pack" "gu" chocolates etc) and a very pink washbag ("kiss me quick") that my (male!) OH has nabbed, ever so chuffed chuffed that it'll fit all his toiletries in!
(This was in Hereford store, tho by the way folks were going at it there's not much likely to be left by tomorrow...!)

Hello there,im from Hereford and was there yesterday......it was quite civilized I thought and managed to get lots of bargains, went back today and got some more,it was alcohol which they didnt have yesterday and stupid bargain prices, hope you had a happy shop yesterday ! x

I think I remember the ones you mean - I honestly don't remember seeing them but I didn't pay too much attention to the 'food items' aisle so don't take that as gospel! Good luck! Wouldn't mind an update once you've been, might go and have another little nosey when I finish work at lunchtime.

Hi moromir, apologies, tried to do an update from my phone this morning but it was having none of it!
popped in before work, they didn't have the mugs I wanted but got a decent alternative-mug and coaster in a box, plus a no.7 eyeshadow kit, some £3 reindeer pj's (down from £15!) for DD1 for next Christmas and couple of little make up kits for presents for family teenagers. Wasn't a huge amount left, no Sanctuary or S&G or other no.7 sets. Mainly odd perfume sets, Yardley etc!

Did anyone else notice that the points machine was printing 200 extra points on a £30 spend ? and yes., it did go through. I checked mine out in 4 lots and got 800 extra points.
Got tons of stuff, Great Yarmouth had masses. DIL was on the school run so I did her shopping too. Never posted a picture on here before but will try now.
Stocked up for birthdays, Xmas and a local charity raffle we do every year too.

Picture didn't work but its on my FB page

Yep I printed out my 200 points for every £30 spend and paid £30 worth got points, went back to the machine printed another and paid again and another 200 points and did this 3 times....so was very happy, what I cant work out is I went in with 4300 points and came out with 21000 points and Im pretty certain I didnt spend that much :eek::eek:,going to have to go and look at my receipt again as after yesterdays trip maybe I was hallucinating!

Well then that makes sense

You weren't getting extra points afterall but

With your £49 spend you got
200 points for the first £30 spent
76 points for the £19 spent over and above this (4 points per £)

    Same with the £38 spend:
200 points for the first £30 spent
32 points for the £8 spent over and above this (4 points per £)

    And the last one
200 points for the first £30 spent
0 points for the 75p as less than a pound !

In a way I am RELIEVED as for ages (at least 2 years) this has been official Boots policy :(

But oh for the good old days :D

    Now that is STRANGE !

Did you have some Boots.com points that needed to be added and got loaded on when you put your card in the machine ?

We have just worked out the XXX points on a XX spend are operating as per usual (more's the pity) but then this.....:)

i would check your receipt lol
how many transactions did you do?
    16,700 worth of points???
you either did ALOT of shopping or you were v lucky as some error has occurred or you've misread the numbers

ps you didn't have to keep going back to the machine, you can just press print several times fast and take a few copies with you(only works for some offers-dos for this one), i have ahem several in my purse for emergencies lol
