Are telewest any good for reliability and customer Service?
The offer does seem like a good deal. well worth considering if the service is OK

We’ve had a bunch of emails from people asking where the ntl and Telewest links have gone. Well ntl/Telewest/Virgin.net are all merging to form Virgin Media which will be phone/broadband/TV/mobile all in one package (if you choose). So while they put that together they have suspended the ntl and Telewest cashback; we will have Virgin Media up later this month although we don’t have a firm date yet.
