Total weigh loss since November is now 52lbs still a long way to go but Slimming World eating is working for me

jc you are doing amazingly! How nice to have everything feeling too loose! (Wonder how that feels? :o)

I have a grand total of £2.51 savings to report since I last posted but as I've just opened a new bank account there will be more to come - when it arrives in my account I'll add it to my signature.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
  • Well at this weeks weigh in I lost a pound which brings me right back to my starting weight, so I suppose its definitely a positive sign.

I do have some amazon earnings to add but will wait until they hit my bank account before adding to my signature.

Well done to everyone on their fantastic achievements

  • I daren't weigh myself this week as it has been THAT time of the month which induces cravings for choccy, biscuits and all things bad... huge congratulations to everyone who has had weight losses and pound gains!

On the plus side I have been exercising, and am about to go out for a walk even though I am sporting a bruised and swollen lip- went over to my Mum's last night and as I bent down to stroke her little dog, the bigger, hyperactive dog decided to jump up at the same time and socked me in the lip with his bony cranium!
  • I'm back! Dare not show my face until weight loss. And I've a lost..............one single pound!!!! But still it's a pound! I'm not messing about now, I'm following a vegan diet and see how we go. I'm actually eating more, ie breakfast so rather than missing out on vits I'm probably getting more...I hope.

Also gained 6 quid from Sainsburys from a complaint. Added to signature. :D

No weight loss here either! I am up to £41 saved, but I think I will use it to buy gig tickets. I will have to buy both tickets as I had my festival ticket bought for me last time!

Ebay sales are on a go slow, looks like I will make about £2 on one item today.
  • Just sneaking in quietly to add £31 to my total and hope no-one notices the weight!
