I have a feeling my weight's trying to go up again. Must be good... must be good...

On the other hand I have extra work today and tomorrow (15.5 hrs) which will do the £2k part of the challenge nicely.

    Hello all,

Some fab progress - well done! I'm ashamed to say all weight loss is static here....but courtesy of Mr HMRC my bank account is £587 better off today! Hooray!!!! Although it only just makes up for my new car being attacked by a flying chimney pot......but i'm stil going to count my tax refund as savings,

well done guys some great losses.
I'm still not doing great but im now off the antibiotics and the cold has nearly gone so i can to exercise properly now. Went to a taster circle dancing class last night which although very meditative and relaxing perhaps not the vigorous exercise i need. I've lost 1b so down to 12st but that still means im 1lb up from when i started ho hum.

Money wise i'm up to £300.72 which is ok i suppose but i dont think im going to get to £2000 at this rate.
  • Got round to weighing myself lst night - 18st 0lb so 1lb lost. Time to pull my finger out and get back into it.

Won't be able to do 2K as I don't earn that a year, but i will try with what i can.
Since the 1.1.12 i have gained £130 and lost 3 pound. Now if someone can point me in the direction of how to put a signuture on please (only been here 4/5 years) thanks in advance.:o

I am not taking part in the challenge officially (doing my bit though) but I just had to comment on this
That is a fantastic amount so far. It is only 20th Jan so that equates to £15 per day. If you continue at that rate you will make at least £465 by the end of the month. That is so close to the target that you should be able to do it. Pat yourself on the back and keep going.

  • Well Friday again. Can report a whole one pound loss. Not counted up money saving yet although a few two pound coins have found their way into the tin and £13.10 interest added on one of my savings accounts so that been transferred to holiday account. I have an account with Lloyds where have lots of different savings account for all my diff 'pots' car, dog, kids clothes, etc but am transferring banks after 23 years so not sure what other bank internet site offers (Nationwide). Lloyds do a save the change option where every debit card purchase you make they round it up to the next pound and transfer that to a nominated savings account. I like this feature, it all gets added to my holiday fund, it all adds up.
Won't say why am changing banks but the words robbing, cheating, parents, ppi insurance when retired come to mind. Have reclaimed the money back for them and vowed I would then withdraw my business so have to stick to my words. Keep up the good work everyone, I enjoy popping on each day to see how you are all doing.:T
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.
