  • Weighed in last night - 18st 1lb, so total weight loss for the week remains at 5lb.

    On the extra earning front, another 12 hours OT today, so another £125.16 in the pot :)

    Morning all,

    Well done everyone, this thread is great, its nice to see everyones achievements.

    Weigh in number 2 - still no weight loss - 0lbs
    Money wise slightly better - £91.59

    Sold a few things on ebay and one phone checked out from mazuma (still waiting for 2nd one which should be £50)

    Keep up the good work everyone, and thanks again Mr B

    check your portion sizes, or switch to a smale plate , and drink LOTS of water , bet that will work x keep it up your doing great dont get disheartned the weight loss will catch up x

    I should have really said I was pleased with no weight loss, I was expecting a gain!!! Have done no exercise and eaten whatever I felt like so in a way I'm not doing too bad.

    Aiming for a good loss this week.

    Thanks Guys - I'm 8 weeks into the healthy eating milarky so hoping to maintain this rate of loss for a few weeks yet! I do have a lot to lose but I'm following the slimming world extra easy principles and it really suits me.

    Money in from mazuma so might as well count it this week -
    new total £141.59

    No change in my weight though!!!
