Mobile phones without having to buy a top up?

Hello,
I need a new mobile.. i am contracted monthly to 02.. so just need a handset.. but all the shops seem to sell them only with a top up required which i dont need. I broke my original mobile.. so replaced last december with a new PAYG handset.. and thats decided to give up lol grrrr.... does anyone know of a good place to get one? :beer:

I think to get the phones at the discounted prices then you do have to buy a top up, phones 4 you have done this as long as I can remember. Do you have anyone who could use the £10 top up as a gift?
I always gave any sim card I bought topped up to one of my teenagers to use up or saved it for when going abroad rather than using my contract abroad 4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
