I have severe eye strain and I've basically pulled or strained some facial muscles, have to stay off the computer a lot so trying to ease off coming on here as much as possible.

I've got this weird pulling sensation and different aches/pains/whatever else on my face, but my face never looks any different and there's no weakness luckily *phew*, have been sleeping on my side with too many pillows as well which probably made it worse, but I did that to stop getting the acid reflux that stopped me sleeping.

    I've also got sciatica again.

Oh I do love to be in the wars :rotfl:
The face pulling sensation could be due to stress or anxiety, when I have panic attacks or become very nervous, my face starts twitching, sometimes feels like i've pulled a cheek muscle and my vision becomes slightly blurry ( diazapam is very good in these situations) Luckily for me this is not as common as it used to be.
I've got acid reflux and am on tablets for that, when I first had it I thought I was having a heart attack too, started having a mega panic attack :o

Quite right. Just to clear this up the reason I used the word "technical" is that it can be up the officer involved to judge whether it is a fine or a warning. Following the rule book to the letter it is a fine but as conditions can change quickly it is possible that someone has just not realised/had the time to think that conditions do not require foglights.

Don't ya just hate forum barristers!!! :D

Only kidding....not seen you around for a while, hope all is well and you had an enjoyable festive season.

A very grey area then. But the officer still has to prove points of law. Police officers have very little "say" in what happens these days compared to years ago. They have to be far more unbiased because of all the policies and procedures to which they have to adhere.

Ohhhh deary me!!!! :( Sounds like a nightmare, bit of a balancing act there! :eek:Hope you're feeling much better soon lovely. The description of aches/pains on your face....have you had your sinuses examined? Mine play up something rotten and it plays havoc with the centre of my face. The only relief I get from it is smelling salts :o

Guys I need some help!! :(

I've just looked at my receipts for today and at my local T's the 5 tapas meals and milk that I got at SS had a zero balance so the transaction was cancelled:eek::eek::eek::(:(:(I thought it would only cancel it if it's a negative balance and it was a genuine mistake in that I didn't see that it came up on the screen, the receipt just came out and I walked out of the shop shoving it in my bag. What would you do?? I'm gonna feel like I'm on their most wanted list now everytime I go in :( I feel so stupid and angry with myself.

  • Well I guess I best share with you this very sad moment. Those 2 bottles of Glenlivet 12 year old that Tesco kindly bought me for xmas.......well theres less than a cm left in the bottom of the glass.

I checked all the single malt SEL's today but not a single incorrect one. :(
