I do hope it's good news. Fingers crossed for him. Will he be able to tell on UCAS track before postie comes what the news is? I'm sure DD2 did with all her offers and the decline before she got anything in the post.

Managed to find the 1p oust iron cleaning pads in Kn0cknag0n3y. Picked up 1 pack but left 2 on the clip strip but can't remember which cleaning aisle I found them in
Went to SS till but scales wouldn't register them, thankfully SA sorted it out then seen the price and thought they were a good price and would be looking for them!

Thanks for adding me on kadison, think me using a smiley has mucked up your list if you go back and look. Also forgot to say I am female.

No worries, I normally remove smilies for this reason but must have missed that one, amended the list now x

Wow there really is more of us in south Wales than I thought!!! Lol
Is it just me tho that really wants to know more life " local" store or just general area as south Wales is actually quite big! I would love to find someone really close so we could help each other out a bit :) lol like instead of just getting 1 of something for myself on dtd knowing that the sa will take the label away. If I knew someone local I could get 2 and share :)

I think people are wary of being more specific in case they alert the trouts, I've listerally just posted up the information people have volunteered, none of the info has been 'censored' so to speak.

In the course of general conversation you will learn who lives/goes where, I just think they don't want it put on a clear list :)

Forgot to tell you the funniest thing I come across this morning.

Found loads of 1p items during my big shop which I would normally put through self serve but thought I would try my luck at the tills.
The lady who served me starting putting my 1p items through the till and my heart was in my mouth, praying. (I really dont know why its not as if we NEED iron pads):D.
anyways - she stops at the 5th packet of 1p sweetners, scans them, looks at them and then .... Gets her shopping list out and writes the sweetners on there. and says to me - "Good Find"

:T:T - oh there is some good ones out there

It's lovely when you find a good one, shame there aren't more of them about.:)

welll...good news is theblu-ray player works great...bad news is that its obviously been returned by someone as it has no remote control and a DVD still in it!!! The DVD is Smokin Aces so not too bad.....had a look on Ts website but they dont stock any Technika blu-ray players now or I wouldve taken it back and asked them to give me a remote control from another box or alternatively swapped my player for another one (obviously newer model!)....bbut Argos has all-in-one remote controls for £6.99 so will get one of those.....still an absolute bargain in my mind....£7.50 for blu-ray player and DVD! :)
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

has anyone got any alternatives uses for the iron cloths?
Good question:) I've got some just because they are 1p but haven't got a use for them apart from giving them away:( The soleplate on our current iron never gets dirty (unlike the old one) even though it is used regularly. Perhaps that's why they are being cleared as nobody buys them?
    Awaiting a new sig
