I found the girls ones (not sure which shape) a few weeks ago but not on file. Managed to get the boys ones but in a different store.
Right, gonna ask a daft question and a few have tried to explain before but here goes ............... how does the Asda Price Guarantee work? I know they claim to be 10% cheaper and give you the difference but what difference exactly? Examples:
So say you spend £90 in Asda, I presume then that the same shop should cost £100+ with Ts?
If that's right and the Ts shop would actually only have cost £95 what do you get back?
What happens if your shop is actually cheaper in Ts so say £80, what would you get back then?
Just wondering if a womble around Asda would be worth it or if there's an advantage of APG over JTD. Thanks in advance
If you spend £90 in Asda, but the same shop in either Tesco, Morrisons or Waitrose was cheaper then you would get that difference back plus 10%.
Example Asda shop cost £40, but in T's only cost £30, then you would get a voucher for £10 plus the 10% so a total voucher for £14.
If both came out at £40 then you would Still get a voucher for £4.
* you have to have 8 different comparable items.
Vouchers are instant, none of this waiting 24hr malarky.
ETA: Example 2: ASDA shop cost £95 ,but the same shop in T's cost £100, you would still get a voucher because ASDA isn't 10% cheaper, you would still get a voucher for £5
HTHSomething unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

My Mum asked why looking for receipts was called wombling..... so me and my sister started singing the Wombling song.... and ended up changing some of the words as we were going...... I’m sure some improvements could be made... feel free to have a go! But this is our quick attempt.
Asdaground Tescoground Wobberling’s ‘free’
The Womblers of Supermarkets common are we
Making good use of receipts that we find
Those that the Everyday folk leave behind!
Womblers are organised work as a team
Womblers are tidy and Womblers are clean
Asdaground Tescoground Womberling’s ‘free’
The Womblers of Supermarkets common are we.
People don’t notice us, they never see
Under their noses a Wombler may be
We wobble by night and we womble by day
Looking for receipts to pricecheck away!!!!!0
