I'm not disagreeing with you, but each person gets a different selection of questions so your number 9 won't be anyone else's (not fair imo, but them's the rules). Could you tell us what the question you were asked was?

Question: Green Tea ... Do you have to take the cellophane off the box to get at the MOC? Do you just do that as you're browsing?

there is no cellophane on the boxes they are just cardboard so can easily be opened whilst browsing. the voucher is a little slip of paper inside amongst the tea bags
