Still got 36 pages to catch up on!! Went to collect the laptop again from CO*ET today, just knew I'd get fobbed off again. and I did!! They blamed the suppliers today and after an hour of standing in there like a total idiot and getting more and more wound up, they offered a £50 discount on another one. Meaning that they'd give me one for £449 for £399. The one I ordered should have been £899 and was reduced to £399 so their's just no comparision. I realised after an hour I was just going to get nowhere and OH was starting to go a bit red in the face, so I told them to poke their laptop offer and their refund, in a very polite way I will add. I told them I'd take it up with HO but my parting shot as I was so fed up with staying calm was "By the way I'm also a secret shopper so as well as phoning HO I'll be making a full report" My OH was in hysterics, !!!!!! Why did I say it???:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
How I wish I could have been a fly on the wall lol, errrr maybe not a fly then:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

:) Agree - I've been on warfarin & never normally bruise. I had an incredible stomach when I had to inject heparin last time  wish now I'd photographed it. The bruising was black & my tummy is not little :o

Oh I know me too! Stings something rotten doesn't it?!!! I injected myself for 2 weeks when I had my wisdom teeth out and every day it got a little harder to do. Not looking forward to doing it for 9 months+ if I ever have a baby :(:(:( They gave me one 3 weeks ago in hospital with a view to continue for a few day but my INR went too high again so they didn't give me another woohoo! :D I have no bruise pics either! :p

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

I realised something earlier that made me mad at Tesco, the steak I purchased the other day is the one that should have been on offer but wasnt marked up as such, the CS lady removed the SEL, wasn't till I walked past the steak and saw someone buying that I realised they were paying more than they should be doing because they still haven't sorted the packaging out. I really wanted to say something to be honest because it's not fair, well it isn't to me. OH didn't understand why I got a bit annoyed, but it has made me more determined to get a big DTD in that store to get my own back :p

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

That's really terrible of them, hope you get some luck from HO.
I'm sure I've seen assignment to mystery shop them, so they probably do have reports send it on them. Although the 1st rule is secret shopping is never to let on what you are doing ;)

I have just realised , my sister bought me one of those big boxes of Thorntons chocolates with the £5 voucher in for Christmas.

It came with 54 chocolates in it.

    There are 8 left.

    I live on my own.

    Who has stolen my chocolates???

Because you thought you were the Nan in the Bisto advert being taken out of the room and shouts "He's not your father" :)

Flippin' 'eck & I thought Tescos took the mickey ! Surely they must have a contract with you as they accepted your payment, gave you a collection date originally & agreed to get you one for that price.

I won't mention the unmentionable F word but when 'that' Group was set up I made a FB profile for Snap-ant but have never ever used it or that email address.
Today I'd emailed Laura Ashley to get them to identify some curtain fabric I have & used that email address because they will know who I am otherwise.
Lo & behold I have 2 friends requests from Gabriela Traskinaite & Andr! Fonseca

    :eek::eek::eek:

    no thank you
