Hi sis is the whisky for dad by any chance?and have you ever noticed mum always burns garlic bread lol x:rotfl:
Hi Auto armadillo yes the whisky is for Dad you know how much I like to get all the birthday presents for the year in January. I didn't think burning garlic bread was a genetic cooking fault. I don't feel so bad now.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

As you scroll down, you see his head and think, nice face, and then scroll further and you're not prepaared for the rest of him - that coat must take some grooming   He is gorgeous

I got 2 rolls at 38p each tonight when I called into M's for mullerlights (10 for £2 for those on slimming world ;)) and they had masses of them left - I got plain gold as can use that anytime

He is quite big!! I don't groom him though, he does it himself...think I would lose a finger if I tried lol!!:)

Ah nuff said, must be very athletic to do that :D
I know people don't appreciate it as a form of exercise but it must take a lot of strength and skill!

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

    A lot of skin too!

10 years ago i would have said maybe athletic, but now i would probably just say deluded! It didnt stop me buying a pole to use at home but cracking a rib did!

It is fantastic exercise. It works your core like nothing else

Evening all, seems you lot chat none stop. I've just caught up with you.

Paid a visit to Mr T's in B*r^ St *dmu+ds this after noon. Picked up 2 600ml of Double Cream @ 19p each.

No Andrex, but managed to get some Bin Fresh things and a few more Iron Cleaners.

Got to the reduced chiller but reductions weren't very good and even dumped my 2 creams in there and carried on walking up and down all the isles.

Eventually ended up near the front door and lo the SA was reducing the cream, down to 2p. Whoopie I thought, so grabbed 5. I've only used 2 pots for butter making as I had such a mess in my kitchen what with the buttermilk etc splattering around. Anyway all clean again now.
On the way home I stopped off at my local in St*wm"*ket, DH set off with his trolley for a few bits of shopping whilst I headed off looking for clip strips.
Grrrrrrr, I got to the loo roll section and some mean beggar had stripped 3 clip strips of Andrex, they had it seems ripped them off and
had left the top bit of the bag of a couple of them. I then thought b*gger it, I'm going, so went and paid for my stuff and met DH standing at the car with a big stupid smile on his face.
'Whats up with you?' I asked. 'Come and look in here' says he ............... there in the trolley were 16 Andrex. And he wondered why I looked pi**ed off.
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Mr 3Dogs isn't feeling as good now :(

We went to slimming class, helped set up, got weighed and then weighed everyone else and did paperwork, then we moved over to the main seats for the class and he could hardly get up and walk across, he had to shuffle. We went to Morries to stock up on mullerlights and he managed to slowly walk around the store holding onto the trolley. When we got home, I unpacked the shopping and scanned them for my shopnscan and when I went into the sitting room, he was already sound asleep on settee 'watching' the footie. I made him go to bed for a proper sleep and he got up about an hour ago for something to eat - he is still ker-nackered though and very sore :( and is now going back to bed. Shame, he had 2 bottles of beer left and could only manage to drink one of them  Not like him at all, but I'll have to put that one bottle away somewhere as the DIET starts in the morning :D:D

Since I last got weighed on 21st November, I have gained 12 1/2 lbs and I actually thought it would be more :o:o

Mr 3Dogs has gained 1 stone and 1/2 pound since he last got weighed, but of course, he's been flat on his back and getting no exercise for that time :(

It is all so disappointing as I'd lost a total of 4 1/2 stones just over a year ago with still lots to lose and Mr 3Dogs had lost 7 1/2 stone and was at target, but then things get in the way, and we've gone backwards. Since October 2010 I have been spending so much time up in North Tyneside visiting Mam who is in palliative Care up there and that is such a disruption to our routines. My brother cooks for me up there mostly and, although he's a very good cook, he will not use low-fat anything, plus Mr 3dogs has had to fend for himself for up to 7 weeks at a time. The stress of everything, as well as Mam's condition, made it so hard for us to follow the plan as well as we should

But we are determined to get back into it and, as I said, the big plan starts tomorrow :j :j and I am actually looking forward to it after eating so much cr*p these last couple of months

3Dogs you and hubby have done bl00dy fantastic!!! You have nothing to feel guilty/embarassed or otherwise about. It sounds like you have masses on your plate and stress is more than enough to gain wieght in itself let alone all the rushing around that you've been doing. You haven't even gained 1/4 of what you've lost, that's a HUGE achievement, especially with all these unhealthy glitches and Christmas too :T:T:T Give yourself a pat on the back lovely and be very very proud of what you've accomplished. You'll get those pounds off again, no problem :) Don't push yourself too hard, you've got more than enough to deal with but good luck and WELL DONE :T:A
I was really proud of some of my bruises, so much so that i took pics of some of them. Well, I worked really hard for those. Its only now, when i look back at the pics, that i can see why people were so horrified when they saw them. They truly were horrific :eek:

You should see what happens when you're on warfarin! :p I ran into the back of the sofa and had a black and purple lump the size of an egg on my hip for weeks!!! :eek:Nearly put me in hospital because it sent my blood levels far too high!
