Really easy guide for converting Square Christmas/Birthday cards into handy gift boxes
    fuqjy8.jpg

    Are you ready?

You need a Square Card, scissors, straight edge & a pen

    1. Cut the back from the front of card & cut ½cm (ish) off 2 edges of back card
    5dnj2s.jpg
    2. Draw a cross in middle of inside of each card
    eame6c.jpg
    3. Fold one corner into middle point & then fold over again to middle. Unfold & repeat on all other corners

    4. Cut the folds I have marked---- in picture

    5. Fold corners with shortest bits into middle & shape into box

    6. Fold last two corners into box

    7. Repeat with other piece

There was a song today about Norwich fans having 12 toes scared0016.gif

I can imagine it QPR     There's a lot of inbreeding of the natives on the fens ;);) webbed feet and all that  so they say :o

Mr 3Dogs isn't feeling as good now :(

We went to slimming class, helped set up, got weighed and then weighed everyone else and did paperwork, then we moved over to the main seats for the class and he could hardly get up and walk across, he had to shuffle. We went to Morries to stock up on mullerlights and he managed to slowly walk around the store holding onto the trolley. When we got home, I unpacked the shopping and scanned them for my shopnscan and when I went into the sitting room, he was already sound asleep on settee 'watching' the footie. I made him go to bed for a proper sleep and he got up about an hour ago for something to eat - he is still ker-nackered though and very sore :( and is now going back to bed. Shame, he had 2 bottles of beer left and could only manage to drink one of them  Not like him at all, but I'll have to put that one bottle away somewhere as the DIET starts in the morning :D:D

Since I last got weighed on 21st November, I have gained 12 1/2 lbs and I actually thought it would be more :o:o

Mr 3Dogs has gained 1 stone and 1/2 pound since he last got weighed, but of course, he's been flat on his back and getting no exercise for that time :(

It is all so disappointing as I'd lost a total of 4 1/2 stones just over a year ago with still lots to lose and Mr 3Dogs had lost 7 1/2 stone and was at target, but then things get in the way, and we've gone backwards. Since October 2010 I have been spending so much time up in North Tyneside visiting Mam who is in palliative Care up there and that is such a disruption to our routines. My brother cooks for me up there mostly and, although he's a very good cook, he will not use low-fat anything, plus Mr 3dogs has had to fend for himself for up to 7 weeks at a time. The stress of everything, as well as Mam's condition, made it so hard for us to follow the plan as well as we should

But we are determined to get back into it and, as I said, the big plan starts tomorrow :j :j and I am actually looking forward to it after eating so much cr*p these last couple of months
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(

Sorry, I meant to type Hungarian and have now edited my post. It's what happens when you're typing in the dark - not especially saving electricity but I don't like the bright light!

He was a beautiful pooch so lovely and clever bless him. And yes it was horrible really hurt too! I will admit not all of those presents were what I got there was a few from other people and they were for all 4 of us and 90% of them were bargains, OH was well impressed with his presents even more so when I said how little they all cost haha.

i'm not a dog person at all but if i had to have one, it would be one like him, especially if his ear kept going like that lol!

I was really proud of some of my bruises, so much so that i took pics of some of them. Well, I worked really hard for those. Its only now, when i look back at the pics, that i can see why people were so horrified when they saw them. They truly were horrific :eek:

My presents were all wrapped and presented in T bags ;) Yours look lovely and your OH better realise what a gem he has got with you :)

3Dogs - Wishing you and Mr Dogs lots of luck with the diet, and Mr Dogs a speedy recovery. Don't get down about having put a little bit of weight back on, you have still achieved so much with what you have lost.
In August I had built back up to swimming a mile twice a week, and I haven't been for 4 months.... but sometimes life works out like that.
