Well I made a block of butter yippee!! Was a lot messier than I thought it would be but very easy. The only mistake I've made is not adding enough salt, it doesn't have much taste but I guess I can add more :) Thank you to everyone who's posted butter making tips, hopefully I can get it perfect and save myself a fortune!

Can I ask has anyone tried to make butter in a food processor? My whisk may not be up to the job!!!

Lovely pets pics & Christmas Trees, can someone tell me do the lights go on before or after the tinsel ?

No bruise pics although I've had many, if I don't get back too late tomorrow I could post a pic of the screws they took out of my leg & ankle after I broke them  maybe not.

Off for some shut eye & to plan trip to New York with lovingtescoforever :heart:using my CC vouchers

When I was in Mr T's today I looked at the soft peg clips, the barcode that was put on here has a sticker with another barcode on it and scans at full price :(

I did notice lots of spontex scourers and pads misplaced all over the shelves, looks like there's a lurker and they've tried scanning them all , and the soft pegs that I scanned the other day( broken packaging) are alot closer to the tills :rotfl:
    :(

I knew you were going to say pole as soon as I read about the bruises, I can totally relate as I've been doing it for 3 1/2 years now, poor OH illusions have totally been shattered with some of the corkers I come home sporting.

I realised that i was looking a bit silly, being a 30 something around all these teeny students who were all a size 0 against my size 12 :(

:( Gee does it sting & then gets really itchy :o I've been on Warfarin twice. Pulmonary embolisms in my lungs & DVT in leg.
First lot from taking the pill & second from HRT .....:o

Oooh yeah it's a nightmare!! I had a blood clot in my head when I was 13 but was only put on Aspirin temporarily which is ridiculous because my Mum's had about 6 clots now in her head, lungs and legs. We argued about it and they said they'd just monitor it! Well then I had a blood clot in my leg when I was 18 which also spread to my lung. The radiologist doing the ultrasound had a face like this .... and asked me how much pain I was in (by this time I couldn't even put my leg down because the pressure was immense) so I said I was in agony! She said she'd never seen anything like it before, whereby instead of a single clot, I had a succession of clots running the whole length of my leg, effectively blocking the entire vein.

3 weeks ago my INR was over 12 when I went into hospital... cue a group of doctors at 4:30am looking at me like :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Knew you would be watching, not as good as last night! Still arguing with OH over the money, he has "decided to compromise". He won't give his brother half of the money yet, he is going to wait until he gets his compensation from the accident and then give it to him. Still not good enough in my opinion, am I being too harsh?
Good luck anyway sleep well night night.

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)
