Well today started off a 5h1t day, or should that be full of 5h1t! :rotfl:
DD2 had a upset tummy, both ends, and the dog got a big lump of poo under her collar and all round her neck, only noticed when she came into the front room because the smell was awful.

Picked my mum up this morning to give me a hand (I'm a failed flylady:o) and the first thing she managed to do was spray a full can of Tango all round the kitchen!! All's well now, DD2 feeling better, dog sorted and now have a clean kitchen floor!! Also cleaned out both the fridge & freezer so all in order and there's space for glitches &/or whoopsies when I find them :)

Popped to Mr T Sh0reh@m yesterday, they had the 1p iron cloths, only got 2 for my mum as I don't have an iron :p so plenty left. At We5t Du77ingt0n Lucozade shots have now finally appeared, there were 2 clip strips of them. And finally, was at 1itt1eh@mpt0n the other day and the Canderel (100) on the clipstrip were 26p, I didn't get any as already got the 1p Slenda. Noticed the Express in G0r1ng also has a clipstrips of Canderel with a * so maybe they have already been/soon to be reduced, if any good will let you know...

How do you find Slimming World? I was thinking of maybe trying it some time. The only thing is I dont like diets that are too regimented, they don't fit in well with shift work.
Usually I just go for the heathly eating option, and do my own thing.

Debs still catching up so its prob been answered........Ive found slimming world amazing, 2.5 stone lost since Aug and thats with a 3 week holiday in Florida and xmas thrown in.....its not regimented at all, there is very little that has to be weighed or measured and you can fill up on pasta, rice and spuds!! As long as you work in a third of your meal as fruit or veg (superfree) youre good to go. The only thing Ive really missed would be my bread but our irish soda and potato bread is so heavy it just had to be cut out rather than restricted. I make loads of hearty soups and casseroles, having sw chips, burger and eggs with salad tonight!! Take a look at the website, there should be a 7 day meal plan on there to show just how much you can eat and you can either join online or my advice would be to find a local friendly group to join, I know my lot are amazingly supportive x

Slimming World was great for me - I lost 1st 4lb in 12 wks. (12 wks free prescribed by the GP because my BMI was 30.5) Planning to continue it on my own after that using the books and calculating the syn value (MSE way).
It's more change of a lifestyle than a diet - highly recommended! You eat and still loose weight. There is Slimming World thread as well on MSE.

Thanks, I might try it when I have cleared the cupboards a bit more. I know that sounds like I am putting it off, but I still have cheese, cake and chocolate in, and I can't really afford to throw stuff out at the moment!

I have just used my new Wii Fit for the 2nd day in a row, even though I was knackered after being out shopping for 4 hours. :D

    Yay all caught up...AGAIN! :D

Arghhh I'm having a constant internal debate at the moment over a VERY serious issue....to Tesco or not to Tesco that is the question:p My freezer is FULL, my fridge doesn't really NEED anything, but has plenty of room, I've got a whole shelf of fruit and veg in the garage :D So I really don't need any whoopsies but I WANT to go whoopsieing!!! :o:pMy T's is closing at 6 so great opportunity to go and still have the rest of my evening and I really really want to try butter making ;) Oh God I think this is where I say...my name is Fudge_Cake and I am addicted to T's (and A's and M's )

I'm so glad Mr 3Dogs is feeling better Mrs 3Dogs :D And seen as I can't resist showing my babies off and you asked so nicely....:A

SpiralingDown you've been through an awful lot and your courage and determination is admirable :) I really hope that your strength will pay dividends in the next year and you and your DS will find some inner peace and happiness. :A
