didn't seem to work though:(
HTH someone who shops there regularly or near by
They have 3 scanners in there but none of them work annoyingly. I was in just before xmas and noticed a man working on them, but when I tried the other day, he clearly hadnt fixed them. They still have the 1p Cad Choc Freaky Fingers in there. Marked as £1.89 but scan at 1p. Not found any other 1p things in there as difficult without a scanner. HTH0 -

I really hope that your strength will pay dividends in the next year and you and your DS will find some inner peace and happiness. :A
So to T's or not to T's....I need help here people!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Thanks fudge_cake, it's DS who keeps me going if it wasn't for him I know I wouldn't be here.
Most of my days are done on automatic, DS finds it funny if he changes were he gets picked up after school because I'll still be at the usual gate for that day so at least he knows were to find me.
When things get bad I go for a wander round Mr T and the staff now know why because my friend has told many of them so they now stop and talk to me but it takes my mind off other things and sometimes we end up laughing so brightens up my day. I've also got to know many of them very well.
A bit of Mr T retail therapy does us all a bit of good, just a pity my mum doesn't buy woopsies like I used to DS misses doing that on the dark nights (especially the weird fruit he used to take to school - loved dragon fruit) but my mum won't have them in the house
I think she thinks she'll get poisoned by it

Oh thank you for the tutorial on the square cards snap-ant! I will be saving mine to do this. They will be perfect for the kids at school to make and sell at next years School Christams Fair! Free to make and recycling too! Right up my street! Love it!:money:
I'll be sending an email/text to parents asking for unwanted square cards as soon as term starts. Much better to reuse the cards first than send them straight for recycling!0 -
Have you drawn up your glitch wish list yet?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

No they are the round flat silver batteries that fit into watches, calculators etc. I tried another petrol station earlier but SEL was correct at £3.49 so no more for me around my way.
They did say they had been reduced so was a bit slow on this one. Good luck to anyone finding an OOD SEL.0 -
Thanks Snap ant for the boxes guide.
M&S are doing square xmas cards in a 10 pack for 25p got two packs today at Sprucefields, 1 with nice winter trees and snow scene and the other with mittens and I think scarves in rows. Not too sure if they will make bigish boxes though but worth trying if you got no square onesSPC #329 £471/£500 banked
