Gorgeous!Well, I am very glad to say that Mr 3Dogs is much better now - the sciatica pain has eased and he managed to walk the dogs yesterday and today, though very sore afterwards
We are off out now as we are back to our slimming world class today - that should be fun
Lovely, glad he's feeling better xxHow do you find Slimming World? I was thinking of maybe trying it some time. The only thing is I dont like diets that are too regimented, they don't fit in well with shift work.
Usually I just go for the heathly eating option, and do my own thing.
Slimming world is honestly not regimented and you can fit it in with shift work easily, basically the only rule you have to stick to is to have 1/3 superfree food (fruit and veg basically) with every meal, you also get other allowances during the day, you get a list of free foods to enjoy as and when, you can eat what you like when you like, plus you get your syns allowance too.
Lots of people in my group switched over from Weight Watchers as they found it too regimented, and are finding SW much easier. You can honestly stuff your face each and every day doing it and I think it's the best plan around hth xNo Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I have this afternoon has a rather nasty experience with the Escalator in Asda , there I was happily going up it with my trolley , when up a head , I could see a pile up , trolleys everywhere , I had nowhere to go so as my trolley swung round my foot was getting mangled up in-between the wheels , I let out a yelp as panic set in and other shoppers were crashing into me , I felt such a fool crying out . The cause of the pileup , some silly women had decided to go up the escalator on a mobility scooter.:eek:

It's more change of a lifestyle than a diet - highly recommended! You eat and still loose weight. There is Slimming World thread as well on MSE.0 -
