    Amazing!!!!!

You got 3 "thanks" for saying your dogs bit people and killed other peoples pets???

My comment looking at it again is misleading and i can see why, my dogs did not bite people but some could be rude if you get me and the one that use to attack other animals was one i rescued from bad owners who taught her to do that and for all i tried i could not get her to stop hench she spent most of her life on a leash but when in a park or on if a cat came in the garden that was when she would start. In no way did i mean any offence to cat owners as i myself know how it feels to lose a pet and had to apologies to the owners that where affected.

So true, they are so loyal and daft. Everyone thinks my baby can't bark because the only thing he ever barks at is fireworks, so it'll be fun tonight;)I love him to bits, he's just so daft and won't go out when it's cold or wet till he puts his coat on. He's 10 now and a bit of an old boy but can play like a pup when he wants to:)

My girl will be shivering with fright when fireworks start. Any loud noise and she looks at me to protect her and starts shivering. Mine doesnt like rain i have been known to carry her when it's started when we out. You can imagine looks i get. She's 3 according to dogs home.

  • What a revolting person to allow their dog to do this and then to brag about it.

They did say in an earlier post that they've destroyed three settees this year too and trashed their home. Sounds like they are made for each other! ;)

Please read posts properly it was me who said i have 3 mastiffs that have trashed my settees and that is because they weigh at least 35 stone between them and trashed them when playing!!!!!!!!!!!!! If any of my dogs killed another animal I would have them put to sleep at the earliest opportunity!you are quick to judge but are u as quick to apologise?

Thats a really fab haul, well done!

Without wishing to sound like a sourpuss though, 21 packs of sandwich meat??? Do you really need all that?

I get some whopping hauls but often leave tons and tons of stuff. In morrisons the other night I could have have 4o or 50 packs or sarnie ham, 15 or 20 packs of pork pies, dozens of packs sausage rolls etc etc, but its only a bargain if you will actualy use it. I could have filled a trolley with it all, but took just a carrier bag full.

If it sits in the bottom of a freezer till it gets so frost bitten its inedible then its not a bargain! :D

As I say, not having a go, just suggesting when we all go whoopsying that we should try not to get too carried away. :)

One thing I do like about whoopsies though is the opportunity to try things I wouldnt normal try. Its hard to warrant 4.99 or something for a posh ready meal, not knowing if you'll like it or not, but when its 50p its worth trying. I've found quite a few new things I like eating this way.

You do sound like a sourpuss :p
I have been whoopsieing for years and always share any large hauls amongst my family.
I certainly don't grab it all. but when there are literally hundreds of packs of cold meat there, I'm perfectly happy to take what I want without feeling guilty. I dread to think how much stuff would have ended up being binned last night.
I am not one of those pushy people who grab everything for themselves. It was all very friendly last night with the few people there sharing it all out fairly.
And pot calling kettle springs to mind..... when you were showing off your masses of 4p finds.....how many pairs of jeans did you get? ;)
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Could not stand the pain in foot any longer & rang emergency Drs & got an appointment up at hospital.
    :eek::eek::eek:GOUT:eek::eek::eek:

I can sympathise with you, my Dad suffers from gout terribly, because he's got heart failure he can only take the tablets for about 3 days in a trot because they make him breathless, so they dont get a chance to work and it keeps coming back..

What he does find that helps is soaking him feet in warm salty water, it eases it slightly...

    Get well some love xxxxx
