Sis and I went on one of those £9 holidays out of the Sun to Cornwall. We only used the place to sleep and eat.

Ok I caved in & got the Panasonic 3 phone SEL £39.99 OOD
got charged £84.99

Went to CS - SA went off & bought back SEL - meanwhile I had time to read the 'Policy'
She gave me £45 - I asked if the policy applies.
No it doesn't apply to OOD SELS.
No Duty Manager was available - could I call in again if I wanted to take further?

Came home (slowly...) rang CS who told me the same DTD does not apply to OOD SELs

I wasn't going to say what I was going to do with the money.

If it's a small amount I was going to pop it in the donation tin at the PDSA
