Well, free mince, free beef, whoopsies peppers, mushroom and onions can mean only one thing.............time to get a chilli on the go!!!! :)

Oh yeah cartons of tomatos which tesco paid us to take away and tins of (glitched) mixed taco beans.

I bet that whole slowy full doesn't owe more than about £2 lmao.

    Afternoon all!

Just up from a terrible night's sleep (I'm on stupid time again!), had an absolutely awful dream that traumatised me so much I woke barely able to lift my head off the pillow. :( Mind you before that I had a dream of going into Boots and finding those Lancome mascara sets reduced to 8p/9p ;) so it wasn't all bad, still a bit distressed about the other dream though

    Aaaaaanyway..........

I am off to Cribbs and IKEA (Bristol) tomorrow hopefully, and was wondering if there are any good T's around there? Also I think there's a T's Home near Cribbs if I remember rightly, any deals there I should know about? Really would love to come back with some deals :)

Any news on Sunshine? (haven't read back from this morning yet)

Cribbs is the "cleanest" T in Bristol!! Dont bother is my advice :-)

There is however a rather large Tesco more or less right next to Ikea, and I've heard some good things on here about that one, just a little bit out of my way.

If you are over Cribbs way, go to T at Sadly Broke, its my preferred one :-)

PS- good luck in Ikea tomorrow. You'll need it lol!

  • If anyone is in Central/East London it's possibly worth making a trip to Mr W in Canary Wharf, I've never seen so much marked down product in my life and by 5/6pm I suspect they'll be giving it away.

It's quite a large store but I suspect most people don't do their Christmas shopping their as they'll have to carry the items on Public Transport....consequently lots of overstocks.

Thanks lol! I know there's a sale on there so I'm prepared to be shoving people out of my way a lot! :rotfl:

Always go to the T's next to IKEA anyway for a break from the madness and some chocolate, so I'll have a proper look around this time.

PMSL @ Sadly broke, I put the postcode in and it came up, I couldn't work out what branch you were on about before!

Sad as I am I worked it out and yes it is, normal Andrex is about 200 sheets a roll-ish! So 4 x 6p = 1 roll or thereabouts at 24p so about £1 per full pack of 4.

Half price-ish! Well half price at normal prices anyway!:j

Its traditionally used at the end of a pregnancy as it gets all the poo out before its time to be led on the bed with your legs up pushing.

I couldn't imagine the horror of anyone seeing me poo! So the castor oil made sure i was completely emptied first & started my labour - all round result I'd say!

When I had my first baby...thirty years ago...it was routine for the midwife to come at you with a pessary to put up your b_m (same end result as castor oil) and a razor :eek::eek:

Its my way of confusing the robots, instead of putting asterisks and all that in, i just change the name around, job done!
