I have learned something!:T I'll fill mine up more in future now... :j

Its now simmering away nicely and the level is unchanged. Thing is as some things expand as they cook, others shrink so the overall volume alters very little.

Smells nice though! I'll knock it off around 3am. Nice thing with such a huge volume, it carries on cooking for another hour or two after you flick the switch off. :)

Mine are around £440 a month before things like food (for me or the cats!) made up of :-

    • Vet club £33
    • Pet insurance £30
    • Sky (includes internet and landline) c. £45
    • Sky TV insurance £9
    • Mobile contract £30
    • TV lincence £13
    • Sofa payments £35
    • Charity donations £10
    • Water £32
    • Gas £30
    • Electric (making up shortfall) £55
    • Council tax £96
    • Boiler insurance £19
    What is vet club ?

I'd cancel the sky insurance as there's no need for it. There is a 12 month warranty anyway and if the box ever breaks down threaten to leave and they'll send you a new one.

Glad Mrs F is back safely but you must be ker-nackered after driving to airport and back. Hope some work comes out of this for your missus. Bet the kids were pleased to see her - did they stay up?

Our vet has a Healthy Paws plan where you pay monthly to cover all flea/worm treatments and health checks over the year, plus get 10% off all consulations/treatments - I would assume this is what the vet plan is
