Had the long drive to see my sweetheart tonight so decided to pop into a few T's on the way to add to our whoopsie stash of xmas grub!

Solihull was all but cleared. The SEL for the pork was present but no joints to be seen.

Kettering....a few oddments of veg and salad stuff but nothing much to speak of. Pork joints there but no SEL.

Peterborough. Whoopsies all gone but did find the joints and the SEL was present. Took it through SS as they were empty and major queues at manned tills. Went to Cs and they whinged big time about DTD. Claimed it was my fault on SS to check the price....complete BS....After a lentgthy call to the manager she came back and gave it. In the end they paid me £1.64 to take it away.

Wisbech was empty and it was just gone 10 so no point checking for DTD opportunities.

Couldn't be bothered with kings lynn or hunstanton as I'd had enough by then.

Drive up was uneventful though and even the rain died away. Very windy though.

Now devirusing one of the kids netbooks and watching titanic while chillling with a nice bottl eof spiced rum....courtesy of a nice JTD voucher!

Do you have turkey or Carp for Christmas lunch? Last year The Vacum byilding had Carp - didn't fancy it myself.
