Hmmmmmmm ........... that's why you read every post of mine, post on every thread and generally get very agitated ... I own you and you know it!

If you own me, you have wasted your money.
"read every post of mine, post on every thread". Wrong, but nice try.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -
Out of everywhere in the South, you CHOSE to go to Basingstoke...how odd...0
-
Of course, a Basingstoke garden shed would cost more than a family home in the North.
Wow, then people are very stupid with money down there if it costs that much for a shed.
I finished my christmas shopping a couple of weeks ago. I can't imagine wading my way through the shops now, you'd have to be pretty stupid to want to do that.
Mr Ree, what exactly is this obssession with money, are you lacking elsewhere maybe?
I find your posts and threads hillarious btw, although I get the impression most people pity you.:DMSE Forum's favourite nutter :T0 -
..... went into Town last night between 6 and 8pm ...... thought it would be empty.
Not on your nelly!! Car Parks FULL, shops jammed to the rafters with people grabbing anything that may be left, the walkways were just a people soup .... I gave up in the end - it's madness.
And the amount of money being spent was mindboggling ..... this is the South, of course. And I do realise the Northern towns are full of boarded up shops rather than full of shoppers.
But, hereabouts, it's like the good times had never briefly disappeared ...... it's full steam ahead!!
Don't worry, Northerners, the affluence will filter down to you soon enough.
Its not all bad up North,Newcastle has been heaving this past few weeks.
I gave up waiting in some shops last week the queues were so long and yesterday was unbearable there were so many shoppers.0 -

Festival Place, Basingstoke.
But, it was the same in Bournemouth and Poole last week.
PACKED!!! Maybe the Primark bags were from their visits up't North in the Summer?
I was in the more up market town of Winchester a few days ago which is just down the road from Basingstoke, i did not witness any of the kind of fairytale dross you go on about.
I am quite willing to admit that there will be people with money no matter how bad things get, but in the REAL world where most of us live MrRees there are a lot of people having a bad time right now.0 -
If I had the time to create a fictional online character of wealthy means, I would not have them shopping in dreary chav dumps like Basingstoke and Southampton. Whoever's behind MrRee has a depressing paucity of imagination. They are an EYESORES!!!!0
