They are awful, no argument from me there and this seems to be the general consensus.

Received an email from Barclaycard today. Application approved after 2.5 months. Question is, what deal will this be now that its 2.5 months after I applied and offers have changed.0

I have now finally have a good result.
Got a phone call today, basically after nothing since 16th November.
I have been offered £100 in-lieu of the missing cashback AND £25 that they are giving all the people who suffered because of a system error that was not sorted until 30th Jan.
So they have promised me £125.
I am also getting me a letter asking me for my middle name in writing because apparently I missed it on the application.
They cannot really explain their incompetance.0
