PandaPants...I'm off to the Dundrum car boot sale this forthcoming Sunday. I'll report back and let you know what it's like with regard to numbers of sellers and numbers of buyers. Something else worth trying might be to put an ad in your local paper - there might be a "free to advertise" sort of paper around your way...also worth a go.

I am interested to know too... we will have 50 odd dvds and armfulls of cds to sell. Ebay is just too much hassle... im inclined to think we are reasonably likely to get £3 for a dvd at a car boot sale just as quickly as we would on ebay!

talksalot81, you can try putting the dvds on Amazon. It doesnt cost anything, they charge fees if the item sells and the money goes right into your bank account. You will also get more money than on ebay.

Anyone know of any car boot sales this weekend, Sat or Sun?
I have a load of stuff to clear and this is my only weekend off this month.

Would the Dundrum one, or Windsor one be on? Don't want to go all the way there to find out there not on.

Not sure what ones are on this weekend - but would it be an idea to create a list of regular car boot sales ? e.g. I know there is quite a big one on the 3rd Saturday of each month at Granville, Dungannon.

That sounds like a great idea to me as most of the regular ones aren't advertised which is where you are more likely to get the customers as opposed to the small church ones.
