Great to have you all my lovelies!
Well, GREAT day today. Got my deposit from my old flat back and it was LOADS more than I expected. £592 in fact :j:j:j:j:jIt's really Mum and Dads money but they didn't expect it back so have said I can keep it for my holiday fund :j:j:j
I also get paid on Friday so the budget for next month looks like this:
Holiday money: £672. This is to cover spends for Goa and also my Visa and travel South for my flight.
Spends: £400 so £100 a week for spending. I hope to have loads of this left for saving.
Groceries: £60 for the month. Yes, all new readers I am happy to buy £22's worth of fizz on an afternoon but more than £1 for a bag of pasta...away with you!
Kindle Money: Whatevers in my piggy.
Any spare cash from the spends will go into my summer holiday fund which I am using for a trip to ibiza in July. It's ALL about the holidays this year.
I had a grand day apart from this as I went to Glasgow for a bit of lunch/fizz with my favourite gay and some sale shopping.
I got £90 for the sales for Xmas. I bought a lovley frock for New Year from H and M for £25, a new purse for £17 and a new diary for £7.50 so still have my £40 left. Great!
Xmas was fab. Had two and a bit lovely days at Mum and Dads, got some pj's, socks, dressing gown, cutlery, money, White Company Candles, nail varnish, toiletries and toilet bags. It was all very nice and relaxing and I loved seeing them and my bro.
Back to work on the late tomorrow but looking forward to New Year and all that 2012 will bring. XXX'The road to a friends house is never long'0
