I did put it as the 2nd (even 3rd!) reference but as soon as they received a bad reference from the previous employer the offer was withdrawn. I gave them 3 reference in total (2 were definitely good, the 3rd one was from the previous employer as they wanted...

Did you tell the prospective employer about the issue that's causing the problem. For instance in your application or at interview rather than them finding out from the reference or are you trying to say you have no knowledge of any problem?Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

They did not asked me at the time of interview. I thought if I volonteered it myself it would look rather strange.. As soon as received a letter saying the offer was withdrawn I sent an explanation letter...0 -

It depends what you mean by not getting on with colleagues. Certainly you should say for instance if you were dismissed. They did not asked me at the time of interview. That's the problem. It's much better for you to mention something and explain rather than having to make explanations after they've heard from elsewhere. Did you think it wouldn't come up?Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

Did you think they wouldn't mention something negative, if it's accurate then why wouldn't they?Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
