Moneysavingexpert - should be getting awards I agree.
I'm quite a fan of Lakeland & also Dunelm Mill, c'est la vie.
Happy Christmas to all those employees of "rogue" companies who try to make things better.0 -
Wot, no MSE?0

My favourite company has to be Lakeland! Great items, great helpful staff, no muzac but best of all, an unbeatable guarantee. Return anything, any time after purchase, for any reason, for a refund. I've done it, too.
I told a staff member one December a couple of years ago that a card holder I bought the previous year didn't work for me. She told me to just bring it back in for a refund, which I did.
How good is that? :smileyhea

Love the fact that Poundland has received more votes than Orange (esp. after they announced they are raising their prices for current customers)0

Travelodge got my vote, weekend after weekend away for th square root of.0

I still haven't forgiven Tesco- when they changed the Tesco points system they sent everyone an extra 500 points voucher- everyone except me.
But Tesco were very helpful today changing something for me, and their staff at F+F online are really good too (and British)

Another vote for Lakeland from me: the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable whether instore or on the phone, they accept returns without quibble and their products are always good quality and at reasonable prices.0

I am surprised there is not an 'other' box to tick with a box to ask your explanation. There are some companies on the selection that I have used, but in all good faith have had bad and good service not good enough to tick any of the boxes. Maybe we should all contact companies when we receive good service as well as receiving bad service.
I have emailed companies when I have had continuous good service to thank them, when I have had bad service, and I eventually get that individual who has gone out of their way to sort it out, I always email the person (cc'ing the company) to thank them.
Just my thought, if lot's of people did this maybe we would end up with better service. Who knows?0 -
Amazon, Tesco, M & S, Asda, LidlA minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.
