sorry. I don't know MEB, i'm just an interested party like everyone else. I have been on tenderhooks al day to see the outcome as today I too received a "see you in court" letter from Abbey.
MEB posted their reply on another website and I pasted her comments on here for all to see.

It was a good job that the Abbey had meb31’s mobile phone number to be able to leave her a voice mail message whilst she waited for the Court case to start.
Just goes to show the value of modern day technology. :
