    Good luck I'm sure you wont need it. We are taking abbey to court we are waiting for a court date, allocation questionaires were sent off 2 weeks ago. I will be thinking of you

    That's where I would hedge my bets.

    Hopefully they're not trying it on like CitiBank did in Northern Ireland.
