People like this OP can never get round the checks that back up what people claim.
If she indeed was agrophobic, there would be certains signs of that in blood tests as certain hormones/vitamins/minerals are absorbed or deficient.
This is why so many people dont get the benefits but cant understnad why.0 -
I am the last person to judge and the first to support the 'under-dog' but Lynnysinger in my opinion took the time and due diligence to research welshsues issues, and for God sake look at what the OP herself wrote!! Hopefully by now she has been caught out and held to account for her flagrant and thorough abuse of the system. Has no one else noticed how quiet shes gone, maybe our comments have been too much for a vulnerable person to cope with, or maybe shes still fighting for 8kg bags of grit in the diy center, or planting out, or getting back off hols, or shopping and standing up for her consumer rights in a large retail outlet and contacting the management to complain that she should have had more bargains, or trying to keep up with Tesco offers while trying to avoid parking issues and erroneous frequencies which affect her central locking when she goes to the post office, and many other examples, but I bet when the doctor comes to assess her claim, she will suddenly be back in the grip of agrophobia, anxiety and unable to deal with communication and people in general, AND hardly able to move.... Oscar worthy performance guaranteed. Lynny - GOOD FOR YOU, these 'people' are a disgrace... And to all those peoples champions that also want to support the underdogs good for you, good outlook, but when you have the most obvious conflicting evidence from the person who is for example totally supported by the benefit system for having a severe and disabling phobia of water, i.e. can drink it, wash in it, go out in cloudy conditions, get a raised temp in case of a sweat, cant bear to be in public in case anyone walks by with a drink, or they spot a puddle, and cant talk to anyone in case they mention it, etc etc, then they send you pictures of their wonderful Scuba diving holiday then even the fairest among you should question why genuine people are suffering due to the leeches attached to the bosom of the system and turn your passion into supporting those that really DESERVE it.0

Do you actually know what the word agoraphobic means?
If you are criticising someone's truthfulness, you should at least know the very, very basics of their health condition.
It is a mental condition.
There are no blood tests.
There are many diseases which don't show up unambiguously on tests, and for most diseases, their effect varies so much that simple test results will not show details of their care or mobility needs as required for DLA.
Sure - there are 'easy' exceptions - like people with one leg missing who can't use prosthesis, or quadriplegia, but these are rare.0
