Same here - have found a store that has what I want (green ticks on both items), but when i click to collect.... nothing, same when I click order online.

Help??!!!

EDIT: I'm guessing it means that there aren't any available, depsite the green ticks, as the only bit with a an orange box with a selectable dot is the 'save for later' one - if they were available for either collect or order online, I guess the option would be ther eto choose those too.

I guess its back to plan B - call in on way home and see whats left.

just made an online order of the xmas lights etc that were 75% off - only the ones that could be delivered next day delivery - so may be worht another try.

FANTASTIC post - we've just moved into our first home and are currently borrowing decorations from relatives so I stocked up on a few things of our own! Got 2 sets of coloured LED lights, some tree shaped lights, some baubles, 2 singing/dancing toys and 6 rolls of wrapping paper for £20!! There were also loads of trees, but we like a real one so didn't bother with them.

Thanks OP. I was passing B&Q Watford so popped in this morning and got a lovely pop up tree for daughters bedroom for £3.75 and fibre optic 2ft 5 in tree for the same price for the kitchen. Also got some solar Christmas tree garden lights.

Heads up to anyone ordering online. Most things seem to be out of stock now, but it doesn't tell you till the checkout!! Also £5 delivery charge (for under £100).

Suspect the best deals are to be had in the B&Q shops....

the reservation system isn't working for these items, tried to reserve but couldn't so went down and the chap said because the stuff is going so fast that they have stopped reservations for it, but big thumbs up to them for dismantling their outdoor display in the rain so I could have the lights off it!

I've been trying hard to ignore this since last night. I finally caved a wee while ago and drove to B&Q.

A lot of what I wanted had gone, the assistant said people were buying trolley(s) worth at a go.

I was after some of the small table decoration trees and luckily there were still some left. They should have been £15 down to a fiver each but they went through the till at £1.25 each so I was really pleased.

It helped balance the fact I also bought 2 standing reindeer, several sets of lights, baubles and tinsel too.


I really wanted a polar bear and the set of 3 red present lights. I never got those.
