Has anyone actually received their online orders?
I ordered a tree and a couple of sets of lights on Monday, all showing as available for next day delivery. After 4 days and a couple of ignored emails, they've eventually replied and told me they're cancelling my order, since everything is out of stock.
I accept that there can problems with inventories not being spot on and website glitches that sometimes allow two people to check the same item out at the same time. But I'm really, really annoyed that it's taken till Friday to tell me. Surely they would have realised that there was a problem, when they tried to pack up my order on Monday afternoon, for delivery the next day?! If they had told me then, I could have done the reserve and collect thing in a local store (where they were still showing as instock on Tuesday afternoon). There is no excuse for them leaving it so long. Big thumbs down from me. Don't think I'll be shopping there again.

:T at the rest of you getting the instore bargains though.

Bought mine today for 1 pence, along with a base for £1.24 and decorations for £4.00...

B&Q east kilbride were giving them away free today we got one to dry and put on the wood burner in the spring. We did pay £7 for one on monday with 75% off.

Seen on another forum someone saying this starts today and they've had an email? No email here and only 25% off showing online.... Anyone else know anything?

On the positive side, at least this way more people will buy them and maybe a few more might get planted out afterwards.

The alternative is that B&Q get left with them and they get dumped.
