You'll be able to lose it no probs your on a role.
Are you following any kind of plan?

I've just been eating less, and cut out drinking at home (bottle of wine and couple of beers at weekends usually). I also think more about what I'm eating and check how many calories are in things.
I don't stop myself from having things I like, but if someone gives me a cake at work, for example, I will "swap" it for something else (e.g. my yoghurt).
It's just little things, but they seem to be working when added together.0 -
Evening I am going to weigh in on the 1st at home which is a Sunday and then I will weight in every sunday following that and post on here the results
I am going to do WW as I have done that before and it works for me.

2012 Weight loss challenge -5lbs :j0 -
Can I join you please.
I have about 5 and a half stones to lose, and at just 5ft tall that's quite a lot. I'll be starting the first week in January and following the weight watchers pro points diet. My weigh in day is a Thursday.
I think 5lbs a month is a good goal to aim for, it should be achievable!!!
I can't wait to get started now, just this little hurdle called Christmas to get through!
I'll update my signature after my first weigh in, good luck everyone.

Morning all
Can I join in too please? I desperately need to get back on the wagon. I lost 3 stone 2 years ago with ww but have since put 2 back on and I'm a bit of a dieting disaster. I hate the new ww propoints - did 4 months and lost 3lbs, and have never lost more than half a stone with sw because I don't know the meaning of portion control.
I'm getting married in August and am desperate to be slimmer than I currently am - I'm size 18 which is uncomfortable for me and I'm starting to feel down that I can't fit into most of my clothes any more and don't want to buy new.
I don't think I can justify the cost of a class unless something other than sw or ww arrives locally to me or unless I have a massive lightbulb moment with my weight.
I'm blogging for the wedding, so hoping that a combination of that and the support on here will help me. 5lbs a month would do me nicely so I'll aim for that. Anything more than that is a bonus.Ninja Saving Turtle0 -
