2012 weight loss goals.................

Hi guys this thread has come along at just the right time. I've been working on dropping weight over the last year or so. This time last year I was around 77 kilos, in fact regularly as clockwork I go up to about 77 at this time of year. Some years I keep putting on till I get up to 80 kilos (which is my nothing fits have got to do something about this weight
) Anyway the good news is that this year I'm 71 kilos :T but I can feel myself starting to slide back into bad ways again. I'd given up chocolate and booze for a long time and I've fallen off the wagon, which is particularly bad because there's a load of chocolatey things floating around at work at the minute.
I was planning to do some sort of new year resolution thing but I can feel myself chasing the dragon on a sugar rush - at the minute I'd kill for something sweet and I'm not even hungry. So new year starts right here right now. Too ambitious to give up the booze (and it's not lying around in piles at work so not as much need to give it up) but I am now officially off chocolate again.
I'm already pretty committed to my exercise routine so just need to keep that up
My goal is to get to 63 kilos by the end of June. I'd like to average 1.5 kilos (3lb) a month - this would leave me a bit of leeway and allow for gaining a kilo or so over Christmas just in case. This might even be my goal weight. I'm not sure TBH and it would still leave me overweight on the BMI scale but I am quite muscular and big boned. Only way to find out is to get there I guess.
Good luck everyone.0 -

Can I join you please.
I have about 5 and a half stones to lose, and at just 5ft tall that's quite a lot. I'll be starting the first week in January and following the weight watchers pro points diet. My weigh in day is a Thursday.
I think 5lbs a month is a good goal to aim for, it should be achievable!!!
I can't wait to get started now, just this little hurdle called Christmas to get through!
I'll update my signature after my first weigh in, good luck everyone.
