Wow, you have done really well! Are you exercising as well as eating healthily?
There is NO WAY i am allowing myself to put on 7lbs over xmas, thats over a months weight loss amount!!
I will allow myself to put on 3lbs and no more!!0 -
It was actually ok!
Think cos in my mind I know that that 5 mins of yumminess so isnt worth it!
Yeah a few people did ask just told them I was on a diet they all kinda know anyway but think they just are sure I'm gonna crack under the pressure of sitting in front of a pizza!

Dolly well done on not eating the Pizza!! Im not sure I would have resisted lol. No im SURE I wouldnt have!!
I braved the wii fit tonight and got a nice surprise!! I have lost 9lb!!!! Ok so hadnt been on in 77days BUT im still so happy with that!!!:D:D:D
So im at 10st3lb now! 1st goal is 9st7 and then go for 9st to stay at!!
DD1 also likes to go on to see herself getting bigger (and growing up in her eyes) she hadnt been on in over 90 days and had LOST 7lb!!! Not sure a 8yr old should lose half a st!! She is skinny and loves her sport so no surprise but she is only a tiny 3st 7lb at 8 yrs??? Anyone know if its alright if they have the odd weight loss when little?? or what the weight for a 8 yr old should be??

You ladies can talk the hind legs off a donkey...i like it!!
PurpleRuby- have you read the 'Easyway to stop smoking' by Allen Carr (not the comedian, the stop smoking guru!)?
I went cold turkey after reading his book, and didnt find it a that difficut. Apparently his book is based on NLP. I dont care how it works, the fact that it DID work it great!!
What are you all up to today? My oldest son is ill (he is 11) so we are just staying at home, chilling out in front of the TV. We were supposed to be going out to see a friend, which i was really looking forward to, but we'll have to do that tomorrow instead i think!
Thanks Cleggie I will see if I can find it at my local libary :T
God no way I wanna put 7lbs on over Xmas that will take me a month to loseI think the important thing is to remember that Christmas is only a couple of days not two weeks :rotfl:

Couldnt tell you what average weight is for an 8yr old - I'm sure its nothing to worry about tho.
Each person is different & if she's active then thats probably why!!

M2MG- my son is 7 and very tall and very thin, like his dad, and he is 3st 9lbs, so i'd say its about right. He eats like you wouldnt believe, i have no idea where he puts it all!0 -
Thanks! I just worried as she always puts on about 2lb when ever they go on (DD2 goes on aswell and did the normal 2lb up today) and to suddenly drop half a stone worried me a little lol. Im sure she is fine, she does have tummy trouble which the dr said is fine as she wasnt losing weight so might pop her back just to check or see if she loses any more and then take her if she does.....GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. Yeah if your worried about anything its always best to ask - it would be different if she was a bit heavier then all of a suddent started dropping weight or even the other way around.
Some kids are just little skinny malinkeys tho!
