Snacks - 2 oranges & maybe a wee wispa at night - I think this is my new addiction LOL

I was looking for a thread to join last night, so you are the chosen ones! lol
I am 5"8 and I need to be 10 stone ( any less and I look too skinny) I am 16 stone at the moment and feel totally GROSS. Nothing fits, ive let myself go and I generally feel about 10 years older ! new year new me... I think I suit low carb diets but want to keep carbs in the morning so I dont starve!
Im going to start 1st of jan as I have loads of crap in and I just know its not realistic to start before christmas! 5lb per month and I will have 4 stone of it gone in a year. I also want to join the gym!

Well I came into work this morning & had 2 hash browns(grilled) 2 poached eggs & beans - still on the healthy side I'll just need to syn the hash browns everything else is free anyway.

Morning everyone.
So are you all following any particular plan for losing weight?
I am just going to be eating healthily and getting as much exercise as possible. I am in my final year of uni, so things are VERY hectic here, so i wont be able to exercise everydaybut i can walk the kids to school most days. Its only a 10 min walk to school, but if i am waking there are back twice a day, that amounts to 40mins walking!

Can I join, this is just what I need. I weighed 80 kg in the summer and have managed to get down to 73, but have stalled a bit now. I know it's going to be tough over christmas so I need a goal to work towards.
I want to get to 68 Kg. By the summer would be good.0 -
Yeah, i am lazy too, LOL.
I am going to try and get exercise, but its so hard sometimes as i have no childcare for the kids either, so i have to get everything done between 9-3 when they are at school.
I currenty weight 11st 4lbs, and my aim is 10st 4lbs.0 -

I have no idea about kg's but thats a 5kg loss over the next few months.

Cleggie I was down to 11.2 at about end of august then just completely fell off the wagon & straight back up again - oopsie!
