    hi all
    thanks for all the help , started court proceedings , paul simons defence was they were offering me a replacement unit plus the £80.00 court fee,
    if only they had done this in the begining lol very happy now though :-)

    once again thanks everyone that helped a happy ending as i now get what i paid for :-) :-) :-)

    Personally i'd persue a full refund and buy elsewhere. Keep postponing the hearing until you have received the goods and a refund of the court fee also
