    What do you reckon my next step should be? £85 is quite a lot to be out of pocket for for 2 months.

    It is Rakuten (on their logo)that have bought them and !!!!!!ed them?


    Keep on and on at them, phone, email and phone again. They will never get back to you otherwise. I've posted two tel numbers and email addresses above, they might be able to help you. They sort of helped me but are now ignoring my calls and emails.

    I've emailed them EVERY DAY FOR TWO WEEKS and still no reply !!!!

    Just keep on at the them. If you paid by credit card, call them and query the transaction? I've called Play today and they cut me off twice !! so persist.

    Another one who has just been subjected to the farce that is play.com

    One dodgy Kaspersky received. I was then told by the "seller" I was getting refunded. Never appeared.
    Not a peep from the crap that is play.com
    Do they have a customer service department at all?

    Up there with 1and1.com for sheer crookedness.

    Sounds like Play have steadily got even worse - a few years ago their delivery times and customer service were fantastic. I tend to use Amazon now after waiting 3 weeks for a couple of items last year.
