What does "check hotspots and damp down" mean?

Also what does it mean by "daily and nighttime routines"? Is this just the personal stuff like brushing teeth?!

lunch break here!! I have a weight watchers chicken and lemon risotto and it is FOUL!! And a nice cuppa!

I've found the floor in the front room.. and the windows are FILTHY.. must nag my window cleaner to pay a visit!! I filled a small binbag of rubbish and a carrier bag.. I have half a wheelie bin to fill before tomorrow!! I may need to strip a wall or 3!! .. quite serious!

I've taken a 17 inch monitor upstairs.. just the 19 inch one to go up now! And some things on hangers and hung them up in my wardrobe!

I brought 4 loads of washing down.. 2 are in now, dryers are both empty and waiting to be refilled! DW and BM loaded.. DW needs unloading so I'll do that next then go find the sofa in the front room.

I got a letter recalling me for a smear.. apparently they have highlighted some problems with the smears done last year so everyone has been recalled!!! .. No thank you .. I'll take my chances! It's madness.. recalling after a year.

I might make phone calls while sitting here NOT eating this revolting slop!.. cats will eat it, they'll eat anything!

Check ebay.. hurrah.. one thing has a bid.. not much, but better than nothing! Need to chase a payment too.. I hate it when people bid on stuff then make no contact.. ggrrrrr...

DS1's paed appointment for tomorrow has been changed to March 1st, just a follow-up to his OT referral so nothing important.

WM #1 finished so I'll go sort that and get it back on again.

    See you soon!!

I've decided to have another cuppa.. The WM is back on, the TD is on and the other WM finished in about 10 minutes so I'm slotting in another cuppa while I wait!.. THEN I'll find the sofa in the front room!

I'm dying for my mother to ring and say she is going to tesco tonight so I can say.. 'it doesn't matter, I've done an order!' *smug grin* I stuck rigidly to my list as well and only bought a few extra things which were on 'to good to miss' offers and I stayed within my allocated budget.. I don't want to spoil it by going to the shop and spending money I don't want to or need to, do I??

I've done the living room, not brilliantly but it's done. Hoovered through the kitchen too because I did some baking and obviously I threw flour all over the floor. And did up the stairs.

Made sticky date bars and cranberry flapjacks. Never tried either recipe before so I don't know what they're like. I'll let you know when they've cooled.
