  • I'd love to join in too. Just like Simba_25 I keep meaning to join in but keep finding excuses....However unlike Simba_25 I don't have a plausible excuse......Congratulations on the new addition to the family.

To be honest I've always been a little scared of joining in on the Fly thead......Because this is me

Cooking ....Quite good ( even if I do say so myself;) )
    Housework....Rubbish.

Although to be fair I do run mine & DH's business from home ( see what I mean... excuses, excuses:rotfl: :rotfl:)

So please go easy on me ;)

Right i'm all set to get back on track tomorrow. Children are off as it's a training day at school so planning on getting them involved too. They have to do mini boogie tidy ups in their rooms every day - double their age so DD has to tidy up 14 things and DS has to do 12 things. Have to say this is making a huge difference. Maybe I should make hubby do double his age too! Lol.

Tomorrow is kitchen, bathroom, 2 x washing machine loads, dry towels for work, vaccuum throughout and prepare nice meal for tomorrow night.

Have a good week everyone and welcome to all the new starters. I only started this a few weeks ago and it really does make a difference.

  • This'll be my second week of flying and the house is looking better than ever. Still some bits that need attention, but it's atleast clean and reasonably tidy. Is nice to come home from work and walk into the house knowing that it's not looking like a bomb went off.

Well was gonna do my list but the 2 shorties have decided they now want feeding - despite me trying to get out of them what they actually want for breakfast since 6am!

    So far

    DH breakfast dishes washed
1 cup of coffee drunk (plus 1 cookie eaten - rather quickly so littles did not see) ;)
    Washing machine put on
    Beds airing
    Curtains opened
Mail opened (now to be filed) yeah actually £35 in credit with electric :T

    Need to

    Do Moggins lists
Put ironing away - not done this since Friday:o
Do ebay parcel ready for collection by courier
Pack lunch for DD1 (got lunch club at nursery today)

I am hoping while DD1 is at nursery this pm, DD2 may have a nap and then I can get the ironing done. Thankfully not a huge amount there.

Ok not so little miss no climbing all over me so best get food on the go, will start to tackle kitchen while they eat, should get 10 mins peace:D
