Hi Mics_chick,
To find any older Flylady threads have a look at The complete 'how to declutter and organise your home' collection that cha97michelle is putting together for us.
You can find the New Years Flylady thread here, but as Moggins has suggested it's probably better if you join the current Flylady thread .
Moggins has kindly agreed to begin these new threads on a weekly basis to try to help us keep focused. I start every week with very good intentions.........:o
I'll add your post into this weeks thread now.

I've got a 6.5 ltr Rival Crockpot which I've done several joints of brisket in. I've been buying the largest size from Tesco, which costs £4.38 per kilo. I've cooked it for around 8 - 10 hours on the low setting just sittting in the pot without any liquid, and I've been told it's very tender, moist & tasty (I'm a veggie so didn't actually eat it myself). I did spot a large slowcooker which had two compartments to it which I would have bought if I'd spotted it first, as it would have allowed me to cook a meat and meat free meal at the same time. C'est la vie...You only get one go at life, so grab it where it hurts, shake it hard and get everything out of it you can!0 -

I know i'm using the baby as a bit of an excuse - what if he cries when i'm in the middle of the call. I know i can just go in the other room, so i am just going to get on with it.
It's silly things like that though that hang over your head and make stress isn't it,and i'm sure everyone has something like it that they can't stand to do.

You mean you had to slosh it with brandy five times??

Easy day for me then. hallway is tiny and dining room is part of kitchen so did it all today.
Think I will just concentrate on paperwork tommorrow and OH is bringing an employee home for lunch so have another loaf in the BM now.
May tackle the office instead tommorrow as filing and dusting in there are overdue.
Looks more like it's been fly-tipped than flyladied.:D0 -

Looks like its going to be another busy day for me. Just had my easiyo yogurt and thinking about going for my shower. After that I must get on with this massive list of jobs. Unfortunately the dining room is where OH and I have our computers so it tends to be the worst room in the house...will take quite a lot to get that sorted...still tomorrow should be easier!!!!!
My list:
Clear back log of washing
Make up spare bed
Freeze some meat
Cook up mince and bulk out with beanfeast [ already in cupboard] and freeze
Put step daughter’s doll on e-bay
Sort out my item on freecycle
Daily straighten up
Moggin’s list for Tuesday:
Entrance, hallway
1. clear away any cobwebs, dust and wipe down front door
2. Clean any dirty marks off walls, clean light switch.
3. Dust any furniture in hallway
4. Hoover floor
5. Straighten and sort coats and outdoor shoes.

1. Clean cobwebs away, dust windowsills
2. Clean window
3. Dust furniture
4. Clean table
5. Clean skirting boards
6. Water any plants
7. Add any finishing touches to table, (tablecloth, flowers etc)
8. Hoover or sweep floor.
Then if I can get that lot done:
Have a go at sorting out my stock of craft materials
Family History researchWe don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.0 -
Got someone coming round to quote for removals at 10am. So far this morning, beds aired and made
Hoovered downstairs
Kitchen S&S
washing sorted on airer (given up with hanging it out, too damp and frosty!).
Pack lunch done
DDs dressed (well one done and one to go!)
When I get home will do
Hall & Landing - Moggins list (quick flick in bedrooms with hoover too)
No dining room so will tackle pile of DH paperwork I discovered yest.
Get stuff ready for Wed toddler group meeting.
That will do for now as must go brush darlings hair & brush their teeth. Plus DD1 wants to ride her bike so I need to set off a bit earlier.
Happy Flying.0
