I think maybe we should throw ideas around an then let a BG set up a poll with all the options being put forward on boxing day (if they're around) leaving enough time for votes and a thread to be started0

You all have much better ideas than I could! My favourite is the 20 in 2012- maybe put 10 big things and 10 little things on there so that you're not hitting December deflated because nothing's been crossed off?
