Hello op i just wanted to say thank you for this. We went to pick our one up today, i kept trying and it came up trumps. Just a note to others it is worth ringing the stores as the online thing is not very reliable. Also if you go into your store you can ask if they have anymore coming in and if they do you can pay for it there and then and then you are guaranteed to get it. Hope this helps someone else i cannot wait to open mine.

Was just at the North Shields B&Q yesterday and they had one of the larger £20 ones left.
It was stood on its side at the back, in the right shelf space but all you could see was the black bottom of the box.
(Was going to buy it as a bird bath but it wasn't suitable)

word of warning with these, I reserved one on sunday morning when i first saw the post on hukd, I didnt get a call to say they were out of stock and travelled to get it, only to be told snottily that they were all out of stock and everyone had been rang. I looked online and saw there was some in another store, so I rang to store and they said in stock, so reserved 2, when I got there they had sold them, I reckon the staff are buying them, but if you are lucky which my friend was she collected one off the shelves from her local store even though it says that there was no stock on the website. so its worth popping in if you pass one and seeing, as apparently they are getting more stock in.

I reserved a larger one on Sunday. Someone went to pick it up for me on the Monday morning only to be told that they had 5 only and these had been reserved already (presumably before I reserved mine) so I was out of luck.

The bloke who said this also said that if there were any reserved ones over at the end of the day that hadn't been picked up, he would ring me and I could have it.

No phone call came but on the Wednesday evening I though I would just give them a ring because I thought the bloke probably wouldn't bother getting back to me if there was any over and I was right. They had two left. I said that obviously if they weren't collected on time then as I had actually put in a reservation I felt that I should be able to take one. They let me take one.

There was actually one showing in stock on their system although the main site said no stock available at that store. It may be worth ringing the actual store you want to collect from as you never know you may get lucky.

I had reserved one Monday evening, only to ring store in the morning to check that all was OK to pick up etc;
I was told that we had all been contacted to advise that stock was NIL - I hadn't been contacted but never mind.
Went on-line Tues eve and got one from Filton (Bristol). Picked it up on Wednesday and it's out in the garden now.
Absolute bargain @ £20.00. Not worth the original £190.00+ price tag but more than worth £20.00.
