There reserve and collect is useless. Goods are often left on shop floor so you go and collect at the desk and off someone goes only to find its out of stock or not which it might well be. B&Q reserve and collect is a complete and utter non starter

Nice spot OP, unfortunately none for miles in 3 directions, and not going to swim the Bristol Channel for one.

Thanks so much OP :beer:reserved the £20 one for daughter when first posted and after reading comments about their reserve and collect system told her to go to store and collect asap. She got one :j and SA said done the right thing going straight away as they werent going to be able to fulfil all the orders. The £10 one was £40 in our local btw.

Thank you OP, great find.
Ordered the large one for collection and checked with store and they said they had one and they reserved it for me.
Tried another store for the small ones and reserved one, but phoned store to see if I could pick up tonight to be told they had none.
Picked up large one (25 mile round trip) and checked the shelves and lo-and-behold they had one more large one and two smaller ones. I bought the lot, so two large and two small for £60.
Apparently the staff had reserved quite a few as the store did have stock and maybe I just got lucky. The Guy did say if I hadn't collected tonight I wouldn't have got any. He also confirmed the reserve system they use is absolutely useless!!
The small one is for a little present for MIL's birthday, just after Xmas - hopes she appreciates the effort.
