B&Q Water feature - was £199.98 now £20!!

went to look at them yesterday and they had some in stock but didnt get one as i didnt think they were worth £20 as they looked cheaper (i know they are cheap) and the display ones looked like they wont last long. so didnt bother getting one

What a ridiculous way to run a website/business - B & Q's web site must rank as the worst ever. Rang round a few stores that were showing stock on line and was given loads of different bull ranging from it takes 48 hours to update website/ same but 24 hours/just sold the last one etc etc . Hope peeps fare better than I did:mad::mad::mad:

managed to get one of the £10 ones from widnes/st helens (dad picked it up, didnt say which store. had calls from wigan, leigh and st helens and widnes to say no stock but apparently they found some right at the top of a shelf at the back, none left now though.

Thanks for the post! Reserved a large one from Bridgwater (Somerset) and got a polite call this morning to come and pick it up if I want it as there is a waiting list! so got it this afternoon looks great on my patio- but not worth £199!
They had one on the display this was marked up at £79 got to confess I wouldn't pay that either! however £20-£30 seems like a bargain -thank you to the poster:beer:

I reserved the large and the small at poole the day the person first posted. By the next morning i had a call saying oos. However sa said they have on the system more coming into stock at poole on 22/12/11.
I cant be bothered to make the trip. You could ring on 22nd and see if they have definately arrived. Hope this is of help.:)
