I also have enough points on my Nectar card to buy a B and Q gift card in Sainsburys but I think OH would choke if I asked to go to Sainsburys today!

Totally ignore the reservation & ring the store instead, save a wasted journey if none in stock

Reserved 1 in my local store and 1 in a store 5 miles away local store rang saying no stock, 2 mins later other store rang, I think here we go again same story, lovely ladys says, your water feature is here when you are ready to collect

Loads apparantly in Halifax - until you reserve one & then 2 minutes later you get the call "sorry none in stock but its not our fault the computer reservation is nothing to do with us" - what a joke !

Reserved one in Aylesbury as showing stock but got a phone call saying no stock, maybe when the member of staff goes to do the reservation they see how cheap it is and buy it themselves.
