Got a message from my last address. Turns out I'd had a prize turn up.

Did some digging and it appears to have originated from YOURS. Logged on to change my address. No address!

Turns out you enter it on registration and have no ability to see or amend it. You have to contact them.

So if you've moved, you know what to do

I have too many websites that I visit each day to keep on top of this as well.

Hello everyone, I'm new here so apologies if this has been posted before. I've been entering competitions online for a few years now and have never won anything from internet competitions. My mum and sister also enter online and we all live at the same address so obviously this is what we put for our address. I know that many companies will only accept one entry per household (although it doesn't always say that in the T&Cs). I was wondering whether all of us entering the same competition would cancel each other out because the promoter would see one address for all three of us and assume that it's one person entering several times under a different name.

if it says one entry per address then it would be best if only one of you entered

if it doesnt say im assuming it doesnt matter

I think it depends on the competition. Some competitions are strictly one entry per household and others are one entry per person per household.

You usually have to go through the T&Cs to find out. Alot of the posters here will post the T&Cs and bold the entry terms though.:)

When OP posts postal competitions,and says send details,do you include your phone number.Or do you only include it,if it states phone number.

I tend to just leave it on.Its in my email signature as well.

I subscribe to TPS & get very few junk calls.
