Are you clicking the order number? If so I'll have to swap to a laptop as i'm using an iPad and when i touch the number it likes to either copy or add numbers like that to my contacts, slightly annoying.

im clicking on the green button that says order placed in account history

Just gone in and clicked on the green box and it juts showed my order like this:

The status of my order has recently gone from "Order Received" to "Being Picked".
Seems they are going to do the right thing and honour this promotion....(hopefully!)

Hmm, I don't see anything relating to my order at all now - I saw my order details on the first page yesterday afternoon but when I clicked on it it just disappeared.

Where are you all seeing the order details? Is it in the "account" "naked me" section?

Guys, for clarity:

- if you came to WineDemon, submitted genuine reviews and ordered a case from Naked, thank you. Your wine will be delivered as promised, your WineDemon accounts remain open and we will try to re-introduce points in January in a fairer way.

- if you were one of those people who created several accounts under different email addresses to obtain multiple free cases, your wine will not be delivered, your WineDemon accounts have been closed, and your postcodes have been flagged with Naked Wines to stop future orders.

The majority of you did submit honest reviews and so, again, thank you and Happy Christmas!
