Whoopie !

My delivery finally turned up today .... eventually ! ... :beer:

My original delivery was due to be delivered on 20th Dec ... the same as my neighbours .... and had been showing as loaded for delivery to me on the website since that date ...

After chasing them i was eventually told by parcelforce that both mine and my neighbours wine had been smashed !
So i rang Naked wines on Wed this week ... they were really apologetic and they arranged for another delivery for us both which finally arrived today ( friday ) ....

But wasn't too impressed when the Parcelforce delivery driver told me today that their manager in the warehouse last week had told them not to deliver any of the wines last week and that they had to keep them in the warehouse ... and that they weren't " smashed " !
I imagine they all had a great boozy Christmas :eek: !

Full marks to Naked Wines though for their help :T... The wine is on chill at the moment ... just hope it's worth waiting for !

I think they'll have to if they don't want to have to keep paying out double the wine for the same price!
